You will need:
1 lb lean ground beef (I like the 90/10 combo)
Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 small onion diced
1/4 cup dill pickles diced
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg crescent rolls
1 egg beaten
sesame seeds
Follow these steps:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown diced onion in a little olive oil in a non-stick skillet. Once they are translucent, add ground beef and cook until it is no longer pink. Add a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to meat while cooking. Combine pickles, ketchup, and mustard and add to meat in pan. Spoon into rectangular glass Pyrex baking pan. Cover with cheese. Lay crescent roll triangles across pan so they cover all ingredients. Pinch at the seams. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, until crust is golden brown.

Don't forget the wine!!! Anything will do! We drank old faithful...Whispering Angel Rose.
p.s. Why do I drink Baby Mama Juice? We have to hire an electrician to change out a dang lightbulb in our den. Thank you 25 foot ceilings.

Omg I need to make this asap. Matt would crap his pants if I said we were having cheeseburger casserole for dinner. And yes, so guilty I adore a tiny McDonalds cheeseburger although lets be real sometimes I need to eat two to fill me up. I never open the bun and look at the meat- never!
ReplyDeleteI second Natalie. That would be Chris' favorite meal!
